This service provides repair of the Essentia NV-E6D Version 1.12 Main or Expander.
If the unit cannot be repaired in a timely manner, I will send a 100% refurbished replacement of the same model number. Customer firmware cannot be guaranteed to be reloaded onto a refurbished system.
Prices do not include repair for power surge or lightening damage. If the unit has been damaged by a power surge or lightning, it will not be repaired nor replaced. The cost you paid for service will be refunded to you. You can request that your unit be returned to you (shipping charge will not be refunded) or recycled (shipping charge will be refunded).
All serviced or replacement units come with a 30-day warranty (except for power surges or lightening damage). If there is a problem with the unit within 30 days of receiving it, please contact support@nuvoservice.net for a replacement RMA. Return the product and it will repaired or replaced and returned at no charge.
SHIPPING INFO
You must write on top and one of the sides of the shipping box the RMA number using large black felt tip pen.
Best Shipping Method: Wrap unit in 1/2" bubble wrap, several wraps. Place unit in box with filler (e.g., newspaper) all around to prevent movement during transport.
Please do not use styrofoam peanuts as they don't adequately protect the contents.
